Springfield Poultry Herefordshire supplies us with all our free range poultry all year round. The finest quality available fed on natural foods with no additives. Our barn reared poultry are stress free reared in open barns.
Our Christmas poultry is supplied by Packington Free Range Cockerels and Caldecott Turkeys.
Due to us having whole chickens we are able to offer various cuts for all recipes. Are customer favourite is the skinless, boneless chicken fillets due to their versatility and succulence.
